Patient Name: AJ P.
Age: 63
Location: TX
Diagnosis: 3 ruptured discs; stenosis; scar tissue from two failed back surgeries
Procedure Date: September 2, 2009
Type of Procedure: DND
Pre-Surgery Life Style / Condition: Hurt to walk. Could not stand and straighten up but had to slowly straighten my back when standing from a sitting position. Had catch that would cause me to go to my knees or the ground sometimes and took several minutes to get to where I could stand or walk.
Post-Surgery Outcome: I can stand straight up from sitting position and walk immediately. No longer dragging right foot which I did before. Can walk with a regular stride instead of shuffling my feet. Still had the catch for a while, but it seems to be gone now..
